Full Compensation Earnings for Consultants:

• · In 2022, consultants earned between $80,000 - $250,000.

  · Average first year, full-time consultants’ income is $80,000 - $150,000.

  · There is no cap on income, your drive will set your earnings potential.

SIR Home Cares

SIR Home Cares is the charity branch of SIR Home Improvements, supporting local charities with 3% of sales. It's our way of reaching out to our friends and neighbors by supporting our communities in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana

General Purpose:

The purpose of the Retail Professional is to change people’s lives by helping them find the best solution for their home improvement at a secure price.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Daily travel within a 100-mile radius to meet with clients and demonstrate products at their home.
• Gain expert knowledge of SIR’s products and services, and the ability to discuss product offerings and options with homeowners.
• Listen to our customers unique situation to provide a professional consultation while guiding them in their quest to make the best decisions for themselves and their family.
• Deliver a proven sales presentation.
• Overcome basic closing objections and contract customers at their home.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Attend professional paid trainings and weekly sales Meetings.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by SIR’s insurance carrier.

Education, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively speak and write in English.
• Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate homeowners needs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
